Daniel Somma, 03/20/2026On multiple occasions, I’ve gone to large chain shops for simple services (e.g. oil change) and been told I “need” a long list of urgent repairs. When I then bring my car to Joe D’Auria’s, they consistently give more reasonable adviceoften saying those particular things can (or even should) wait. Cost-wise, they provide an initial estimate, and the final cost is often lower. I’ll continue going back since I find them trustworthy. They're also pretty quick/flexible with repairs. I've spoken to multiple workers and they're all very kind/helpful (especially Chris).
